Sketch of our upcoming art
Today, Khin Linn and I created a sketch of our painting that we are planning to recreate for our upcoming Art Exhibition. We did this on a A3 paper and used felts with water. This is what it would sort of look like but we are planning to add people.

Identity Cardboard Sihouettes

Ancient Egypt Art Plan
On Monday Room 11 decided we wanted create crafts. We looked at different art ideas that related to the Ancient Egypt then choose which one we wanted to create. My group wanted to create Cake Pops which would have Ancient Egyptian designs on them. Here is our plan to create those Cake Pops.

Ancient Egypt Research
On Tuesday, Room 11 look at a video which explains a lot of the Ancient Egypt civilization. We then had to answer the questions that were given. Once we have completed answering the questions we went to do our connections task. Room 11 thought of New Zealand and thought of some significant historical events that helped shaped NZ. We then picked a events that happened in New Zealand and present our finding on it. Enjoy!

Pani Popo
For Wednesday Room 13 made Pani Popo. Pani Popo is a Samoan dessert. While Room 13 was cooking Room 11 and Room 12 did research on the Pani Popo. Again we had to create a recipe and a shopping list. Enjoy!

Koko Alaisa
For Samoan language week all senior classes celebrated Samoan language by cooking Samoan food. On Tuesday Room 12 made Koko Alaisa.
